Teaching Style: experiment, fail, learn, and then repeat the process.
I think advice is cheap. You can only really learn by doing and making mistakes. But Bschools won’t let you, because it’s all focused on getting grades. Yet making mistakes is not failure, it's the first step to understanding which is vitally more important for you than memorization. So in my classes, we strive for mistakes, not for scores. And whatever the syllabus, I focus on teaching life skills and bridging the gap between b-school and the real world. In my classes, we work together on creative and critical thinking, empathy and solution-based innovation, and practical hands-on problem-solving and there’s always ample time just to think, doubt, and question what you’ve learned. Most of all, my work, is not work. I absolutely love teaching and could do it for free (and don't do it only when I have spare time). I remain a student and do not feel like my age and experience make me a guru. I can teach you many things, but I can learn from you too. When you are in my courses, who you are on your journey is more important than who I am. In short, I care.
